January 15, 2026 — Register by this date to benefit from the reduced early bird rate. Standard pricing applies after this date.
Bank transfer (EUR or MAD), credit card, or cheque. Full payment must be received before the congress to confirm registration. Invoice provided upon request.
Cancellation before Dec 31, 2025: 80% refund. January 2026: 50% refund. After February 1, 2026: no refund. Substitute delegates accepted at any time.
Continuing Medical Education credits are awarded for full congress attendance. Certificates issued after the congress.
The official congress languages are French and Arabic. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided for English keynotes.
Delegate badges must be worn at all times. Badges are collected on-site at the registration desk from 08:00 on February 5.
